Can I wash and dry my Sleep Pod?
Yes! All Hug Sleep products are machine washable and dryer safe. We recommend washing on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat to maintain the elasticity of the fabric.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-night sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.
