We want you to rest easy knowing that we offer a 30-night sleep trial to ensure your Sleep Pod provides the comfort and relaxation you deserve. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your Sleep Pod in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location shown on your label, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
